Default Jim’s mowing calling contractors for work

Recently, Jim’s mowing head office has been calling allot of us contractors to take over allot of their jobs.
They want us to join this website so they can’t start to give us jobs.
I didn’t go ahead with it but had anyone else have Jim’s call them too?
Everything looks good with a haircut.... ɐuıɥɔ ɯoɹɟ pɹɐoqʎǝʞ ɐ ʎnq ı ǝɯıʇ ʇsɐl ǝɥʇ sʇɐɥʇ

offer franchisees 1st then if no takers it goes to indies if you do a crap job and they get complaints you'll get no more
Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you

Then the clients who dislike using larger franchise companies will really be confused and crack the s**** with them even more

Would make sense to adopt VIP method and pay area managers to look after excess work, then build runs to sell. I got a feeling there is more to it mate, I have a hunch ol jimbo maybe struggling to get franchisees nowdays,, maybe lol

No fee being the only one in the area or you nominate a fee for the suburbs you want to work in for every lead.
Jims contractors pay $32 per lead, some get 2/3 per day

If the contractor says i'll take leads then it will be $32 per lead and if you quote it get it or not it is still $32.Rememer they bought a established round and may want some leads but most pick up new jobs on the road
VIP leads were free and you have the option to sell the job once qualified as a regular lawn job, biggest advantage was making the round tighter.Less travelling time between jobs.

What Are The Fees I Will Have To Pay?

Fees are central to all franchising systems. However, unlike the majority of franchises where fees are calculated as a percentage of sales and the more you earn the more you pay, Jim’s charges a flat monthly fee.
There is an affordable weekly fixed fee that includes your franchise fee and your advertising contribution.
There is also a cost per lead ranging between $9-12 depending on your state. This is the variable in Jim’s Mowing as the more leads you take the more you pay. Please speak with your Regional Franchisor for more information.

I found this on go blitz

When do I pay for a lead, and how much?
You receive your first three leads FREE (in areas where there is no competition).

After this, you only pay if the customer chooses you, and only you, to quote.

And remember, if you are selected, you only ever pay the minimum of the four bids offered.

The price of the lead varies depending on your service with prices ranging from $5 to $20
