    Default Paypal

I recently was told could get a free website and paypal can be added to that website. I got the website tenderlovinlawnandgardencare.com and there is a page that you can go and pay with paypal. I have today been told by a customer that owes me several mows that he paid the $260 through the website. No email has come through from paypal so i check paypal and no payment is listed there. Anyone know does it take time to come through or is it instant as i was of the belife its instant. I have used paypal to pay people before and never had a drama but this is the first time someone has paid me.

Payment is immediate. Ask him to forward you his confirmation email or his paypal receipt so you can follow paypal up. That way you aren't outright accusing him on spinning a load of garbage and he will know he's busted and might just make the payment. If he can't prove it was paid, it wasn't paid. Don't let him try the "I deleted the email and empty my delete items folder" either. You can get a fresh copy from your paypal account page at any time by going to the history.

Tell him to give you a copy of the receipt, it should come up instantly.

Are you sure he paid paypal and not direct debit, as direct debit some times can take a day or 2... Just a thought ....

A genuine paypal payment would have sent you an email immediately.

Ya get nothing for nothing - that includes 'financial services' and websites.

Could it be that the "free website" provider has scammed you? - that you have had your customer direct payment to THEM ????
