    Default Longest lasting equipment.

Hey guys I thought it would be interesting to see what equipment you use that has lasted the test of time?
For me I bought tanaka tbc270 whippy in 2010 and to this day I still use it everyday...still goes as good as when I first bought it $550 bucks well spent

l've got makita 2510s (Robin/Subaru) from early, mid 80s that are still running my polesaw and pole hedger....all my 550/560 mulchmasters going back to late 80s would still be going if they had decent gearboxes

Can’t top that. But have a Dolmar 25cc blower that I got as a demo in late 90’s. Has done about a million hours have changed the plug a couple of times and put fuel in it still good as gold.

Picked up an original 1974 Victa side throw last year for $10 from a mower shop. Apparently it wasn't running very well and they told the original owner that it wasn't worth fixing. All it ended up being was the filter was blocking the air inlet. Works perfectly. The original owner bought it new and was only used for a small courtyard.
