onyx Blade never too old.. work at the pace thats suits, ive seen many a contractor run run run and not last the journey.Have to pace yourself at your liking as there is a never a too slow...what works for you is the best..me after 30 plus years and turning 65 next year I've till got a few more years in me with no ( touch wood ) defects on the body..i am lucky i guess but have always paced myself over the journey and never had back knee hip or any body mishap to slow me down. The old saying is WORK SMARTER NOT HARDERis the best advice i give to gardeners..a lot don't listen but after all these years i reckon it works ..originally from the farm but made the mistake of executive aviation career i soon learnt this life is so much rewarding and better for the body...Plenty of water red wine and tumiric keeps me going ...the red wine has to be good quality though ..
the thing that does work of course is try to get the best rate you can achieve not easy but in this game you have the opportunity to work towards that.
