Well can we work or can't we. As imoww said as we don’t deal person to person.
I not sure after listening to PM tonight Live, well we now know the bottles shops will be open.

I didn't think we are any threat to anyone as long as we keep our distance but looking at what has happened in Asia & Europe it could be total lockdown. There is a lot of flow on effect here. e.g. you are in an accident and you need to go to the hospital. Absolute last place you want to be.
Some immunoligists in the US have been doing some modelling on this and so far pretty accurate and the predictions for the US in a worse case scenario is really not good.
ACT schools are going pupil free from Tuesday as there has been a case at a school.
Part extracted, Copy & Pasted from the Heraldsun 9.48pm 22-03-2020
Guess if we stay tuned to the Heraldsun we will find out if Worksites are effected
WHAT WILL SHUT DOWN:
— All schools from Tuesday
— Hospitality businesses including bars and cafes
— AFL season, suspended for two months
— Retail stores expected to close but can continue selling products online
— Casinos
— Cinemas
— Nightclubs
— Licensed sections of hotels
WHAT WE DON’T KNOW IS AFFECTED
— Public transport
— Worksites

I checked the Govt health website to find the rules for employer’s being
The basics on social distancing and avoiding the spread etc...

Also did some searching this morning and at this stage our business is ok to continue, for now. Just need to exercise distancing when needed with common sense.
As most of us work outside alone we are at very low risk but still need to be cautious. To date I haven’t lost any clients/work but that could change at anytime.
Confusing policies lacking clarity to the working Aussie world.
if we are not meant to work due to not working in a places of social gatherings.
Then we get our rig photographed on social media or worse local regional paper for working.
So much confusion out there for many, realising we are not an essential service by definition l guess.
Cheers Garry
I think as we maintain outdoor areas thereby helping keep vermin under control and should have no trouble with social distancing laws ( great excuse to get away from those people who want to talk for what seems like hours ) we're more of an essential service than take away bottle shops and coffee shops where the cashier will have been interacting with someone else who maybe infected possibly minutes before serving you
Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you
Best form of defence is to listen to the science. Politicians and newspapers don't start taking notice of scientists until its too late.
There is a pretty handy FAQ here from the world authority on this
https://www.who.int/news-room/q-a-de...-coronaviruses
Interesting that the virus can survive on some surfaces for up to 3 days depending on the surface so beware handling money folks. Wash hands after handling money.
I'll keep this short as taking it off topic a little.
