Hi All,

Can anyone tell me of a simple "customer scheduling report programe" (other than micro soft calander)

Also looking for some kind of programme that will keep a good track of my bussines finaces.

OR SOMETHING THAT WILL DO BOTH

Hi, I use Mowability program for my scheduling on a weekly basis. That way I know what I have to do for that week & it means that I am only Doing my paperwork once a week.
As for the rest of it is done with quickbooks-{Financal reports}

I used to use the microsoft calendar but found it wasn't flexible enough.

I found a program called YAGOON Time calendar that is fantastic.

You can schedule visits in any way - weekly, 3 weekly, every 4 days, 3rd monday of month etc etc.

You can also split your jobs up - I have mine as regular, monthly, one-off, subbies jobs, appointments/meetings, quotes, holidays etc.

I have the pro version which has unlimited features, but i'm sure there is a free version.

For finances i've always used MYOB 1st Accounts.
