It is the real deal. We have recovered many a bad debt with this letter, infact we have a thing on the wall, showing a payment of $769.00 and a statement dating back 2 years. We contacted this person many many times, sent him letters, left messages on his phone etc. We then drew up this letter and were actually shocked to receive the cheque, we were sure he had moved.
