    Hi

    Iam starting out in the mowing business please could members advice me on a mower suitable for Melbourne,inner east suberbs.

    Pushy or ride on?,

    For a good all round pushy you cant beat a Honda hru196 , I don't know much about ride ons sorry.

    My Honda seems to cope well in the wet.

    I use a John Deere for the ride on.

    I'm in the eastern suburbs and have a honda hru196. Couldnt be happier with it. Had it just over a year now and no complaints at all.

    Mine copes alright in the wet as well. Wet grass was clogging around the blades and not making it in to the catcher but i drilled some holes in the top plate as described by admins Honda Cather Tip and it has improved.

    Mind you it doesn't rain all that much anymore lol
