    Just surfing the govt tenders site and saw this...any takers??

    I will never touch Department of Housing tenders, i looked into them a while back.

    As part of the deal with them you are required to have a special insurance contract with a certain insurer, under that contract if any claim arises for public liability or worker injury you are responsible for the first $100,000 of any claim. The risk is not worth it, it would send most of us bankrupt in the event of a claim. Certainly not worth the risk.
