    Ryan,

I have a Walker 12hp 42" deck for $7,500.00 if you are interested.
    My email address is: mhpaisley@bigpond.com

I know you were asking about finance. I can't help you there but this mower would be ideal for your waterfront properties. They have an excellent finish.

I used a company called "Vehicle & Equipment Finance". I found them very good. They are based in Melbourne but I am sure they would do business Australia wide. Give them a call on 03 9851 9200 and ask for Peter Caust.

Try this www.bullion.com.au I've a lease through these guys
    for $9000.00 at $260 a month.
They can do no doc loans if ya can't prove income at good rates.

Also the payments, interest and depreciation is fully tax deductible and and theres only a $100.00 residual payment at the end and its yours to keep or flick off.

    Works for me

    Hey Phil,

Was up your way today, i had to do a show and tell with my main work at the mooroochydore station. Was going to call in but figured you would be up to your as$ in grass.

I'll have to slip up again and down an ale on the back porch again may have to bring dinner to scare up a bed able to drink more then .

Bullion finance was a good place to track down some monies i have been down that path was was good. Have not stepped there as yet a few issues with my main job to sort out before i get one.

    G'day Ryan
You have been quiet lately, have you been busy?? I am slowly building up my clientele.
In relation to finance the sellers can usually organise something especially Sharpes at Rutherford for John Deere.
Try your bank as they may have a finance arm that does leases.
Also try finance brokers that specialise in Leases for Plant and Machinery.
Maybe try Gary Fisher at Westlink ?? Finance 464 ?? High street Maitland He is an old mate from my banking days, tell him that Greg Gorton recommended him. If my work picks up I may be seeing him too for a new 72 incher to compliment me 52 incher which I will convert to a full mulcher.
