i used to do a block like that with the walker for a lady who i mowed for at her "old home" until the new home got built - it was about 400 metres, and cutting it 2 to 3 times, and brushy round the edges, took about 20 minutes - good coin for - oh wait i shouldnt say.

again simmo nice job, didnt notice youd mulched it.

    Nope, just the once.

I did brushcut alot of paths prior to mowing... only because of the bricks and crap ( i don't like running over it with the mower). If there was no crap i would have done it well under an hour.

Yeah, the client currently lives 5 houses away and only really wanted a quick slashing to shut his neighbours up. I will be back in 5 weeks to cut it again and reduced the height before he starts building.

It's quite normal for vacant block that hasn't been mowed for a few months to look like this. I've done dozens of them over the summer (the joys of targetting a new estate) and this wasn't that bad in comparison.

And Yes, i'm gonna tell you i quoted less than 200 bucks

$550 as long as its not full of crap. Use the 60" tank on it and finish off with the big Kaaz.
