"All sin is washed away in the Holy goodness of Beer"
Book of Redeye, Psalm 69
Completed for a Medical Center that is opening soon. 4.5 days non stop total, from start to finish. 390 Plants, approx 28m³+ of Cyprus Tropical Mulch, 2 workers and a Mini Kanga Loader. All in all a job well done.
I was working to someone elses plans as they had already been submitted and approved to the council.
The rest of the dirt area will be concreted soon hopefully as this will tidy the edges up a lot. I have full control on the garden now as well so what ever it needs I can get.
The owner of the property to which the medical center is opening lives on site in a house out the back, which has more landscaping work to be done. But secondly I have another 300m³+ of landscaping at the main entrance I am quoting for now.
This is my first official Landscaping job I have done. I thought for my first one I done really well. The owner and his wife (the doctor) are really impressed with my professionalism to getting the job completed in a timely manner and on budget.
Because of the amount of pics I have shared using photobucket link.

No cave in's,that was my biggest concern but that garden was so root bound I don't think there was to much soil left in it.
And yes you would have to mow a **** load of lawns to get the profit margin in this work.
