    Part 3.

When we done the walk around we never new there was a septic pit as the grass was so over grown that no one knew it was there, not even the project manager.

Great job there mate! What a huge difference! Just amazing how people can let there places (banks included) go to hell like that!
Serious amount of trimming on that place even if done regularly!

Is that going to be a regular job?

Thanks. The trailer is a tilt tray with an adjusaible chain on the front of the box that attaches to the a-frame so you can change the angle of the trailer to suit.
I sold the trailer when I sold my zero turn a while ago so only have this photo from when I was painting it.

Cheers. I bought an atom edger when I first started mowing so I could do neat edges, but stopped using it a long time ago when I finally mastered the whipper snipper.

Yeah there was a lot of trimming 99% done with a triblade on the brushcutter, than tided up in some areas around the rocks with the 3mm Lawn Keeper Twist Line.

I am Hoping I get the regular maintenance, I put my quote in yesterday. The last owners were apparently evicted just before December. The house is huge, it has two parts in the main house, one side has 5 bedrooms and a huge kitchen. The other side has 2 bedrooms with a medium kitchen setup. Then there is a fully self contained 2 bedroom granny flat out the back.

I have quoted for atleast 4hrs work per fortnight or more, Most of that will be on the Brushcutter, But atleast It wont be as bad as it was. I went around all the edges again yesterday and went over the top with the rideon, and that took a little under 3hrs to do.

It still looks like &*%t because half of it looks dead due to the dead under growth, but it looks 100% better than it did, and will only keep getting better if I get the maintenance job for it.

Put some metal edge around the driveways and garden beds.

Yes I would put a bulldozer through it. Good people own it, they have just kept it for sentimental reasons as it has always been in the family and it has a lot of memories.
I managed to keep clear of a tetanus shot but I nearly fell in the pool with the chainsaw going full revs, that ring around the side started to give way.

My latest project I just finished:

Don't ask me what the plants are as I have no idea lol. They were selected and purchased by the property owner.
