Looks great! Shame about the choice of whippy, Shindaiwa all the way!!!!!

Got an email this afternoon from a realestate company that has speared over 8k of work my way in the last couple of months asking for 3 lawns to be done by next weekend. I had my Saturday planned but, looks like there will be some changes. Afternoon beers may have to wait!

Bugger! Way too busy for a weekend warrior!!!!!!

a joke that good deserves more than 3 ha's
Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you

Add extra to take away. So i think maybe $140 + $7 per bag of grass based on 1.5hrs cutting + taking grass to tip! The other factor is how busy you are - if you are not fully booked and you think its profitable to you for a lower price - just go with it. Beats sitting at home waiting for the phone to ring if you are chasing the $$. Many estimates on here will be from experienced guys with "full books" who can afford to miss out unles they get top dollars - just dont be to greedy!

Great advice there and so true!

P.S. Great work guys keep those piccy's coming!

Got a call late yesterday arvo, the ladies regular lawnie has disappeared over winter and she had someone booked to come out this week but they were a no show. Head around this morning for a look, give her my saturday rate and get the go ahead.

Have to go back and do some spraying and fert plus fortnight visits. The next door neighbor also asked if I could do some edging and pruning whilst I was there,no probs I say, gave her the price, finished the job and bingo another fortnightly reg.Happy days.
