Seemed like the best approach and was actually easier than trying to keep a straight, gradually rising level with the ground.
Looks a bit more stylish too if I do say so myself!
Started a clean up today to get the place a bit presentable for sale. They have been slashing the lawn occasionally, but done nothing in the gardens for years by the looks of it.
Sprayed most of the back of the house as it's 20mm blue metal base. Still another good half day there to finish it off.

010.jpgi always forget to takethe before pictures but heres a few recent jobs002.jpga dept of ed house. we were still negotiating prices etc when they got 1/2 a day notice that the removalists would be coming to bring their stuff here. so i got told to 'just get in done'. sweet. had to do plenty spraying the next day to around fence lines so it was a healthy invoice
