Very tidy result.
Picked up a new client and had my first visit since the landscape company finished their maintenance period. This is certainly a beautiful place, tried for weekly service but owner has gone for a fortnightly service. I think it may change when they see how quickly this turf will grow during the hotter months!
Good earner and quoted to incorporate the whole package, fertilising, weeding etc.
First visit was a killer but as expected.IMG_0920.jpgIMG_0923.jpgIMG_0924.jpgIMG_0925.jpg

Nice job and what a beaut spot to work! I guess the backyard would have gone under last year?
Paul if you can imagine the front fence being under water you will have a concept of just how much water there was! The building company I work for did the repairs on the place totally $1m +. They then decided to buy the house next door and demolish it and extend their garden area for the children. I believe the house next door then cost $2m + and then they landscaped it. What GFC??????
Life's a garden, dig it! Life's a garden, dig it!
Oh wow! Yeah no GFC for some!
3 hours work @ $60 plus $10 dump fee (got it all in an 8x5 with a bit of bouncing up and down).......plus $10 bonus to round it off.....
An hour on the rideon, 30 mins on the whippy and an hour and a half to remove the trees/shrubs, load them and dump them.
Nice work Dennis,I see an SP in your future

Aj I do mow in alternate directions hence diagonal. I also do diagonal with my new clients as I find they don't regularly see this pattern and it gives them a little wow factor!
Courty I am in the process of looking at a 42" ZTR, as I have just pick up a couple more bigger clients like these. Probably going to get a Toro Timecutter. I know they are more for domestic use but as an entry point it will be ideal for my clients as I will be catching mostly domestic lawns, not going to do the ferals with it nor do I want to.
I have a friend who owns some mower shops. I am waiting though until August as they are bringing them out with a fabricated deck instead of a pressed deck making them a better proposition. All up with catcher, mulching blades, trailer etc will cost me about $5k.

Good stuff I like it...
Nice work! It's going to look awesome during your watch, for sure.
