Just finished this bed today, forgot to take a before pic but it was a mass of weeds and nothing much else.
Mostly do lawn mowing so it was a good feeling to get me teeth into something bigger... and quite pleased with the result

Some poor sap lost the plot and the bank ended up repossesing his home. The real estate agent got me to clean up the place prior to auction. Took 20 hours to make presentable, and filled 20 ft by 6 ft deep dumpsters in the process - twice!
Didn't bother cleaning the carpet (in kitchen!). As it was so bad, ripped it up and dropped in dumpster. Shovelled out the rodent cr@p, then put on a face mask and used blower to clear dirt and dust out of hallway thru open door.
Paid well - $735 (two years ago!), and the bank paid for the dumpsters! Nice little off-season earner.
Didn't post any after pictures - can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear, hey!

i can see was he was single, was he blind and didnt have a sense of smell as well? brothels are cleaner umm not that ive been to one haha

A warehouse I did last week. Can only show you the side, the front was just as bad with fallen gum trees. The warehouse was one of the mayor Garden hardware suppliers.
