One of my 'favourite' backyards! It's not that bad, just takes a lot longer than it otherwise would.

i don't move them if the clients not happy with the result then they can get someone else
Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you

So far so good with this trampoline (and yeah, it appeared at Christmas time!). No fallen legs but it's bloody heavy to drag. The swings are fixed in place as well as the sun shelter which has a clamshell sandpit in it. The little plastic playhouse has to be moved. The other cubby house is now up in the back garden thankfully. I levelled an area for them to put it up there otherwise it would still be on the lawn too. There's an area of grass on the other side of the house about a third of what you see here plus about 320m2 out front and footpath and it all takes me about 1.5 hours every time. Without all the play gear I reckon it would be an easy hour.

re the tramps i carry tek screws with me and encourage the client to pay me $10 to $15 to secure the legs on "so their little kiddies dont have an accident" - its not about making MY life easier (wink wink) - and i warn them that me dragging it about could damage the legs or the littlies could jump on it and a leg isnt secured - no responsibility

5 minutes work and 50 cents worth of screws for $10 to $15 - PURE PROFIT man !!

I think I've found my dream retirement property.
I did this one yesterday to help out a fellow contractor who is on holidays.
Nice views over the South Burnett, beautiful red volcanic soils, excellent bore water quality, and adjoins the rainforest.

I know the mow quality is pretty ordinary but it was a cattle paddock until recently, and been mowed with a heavy 4wd outfront mower that's left tracks from mowing the same way every time.

This is my favorite property atm. The owners are away on an extended touring holiday. The back neighbour looks after the vege gardens & I keep the lawns & gardens trimmed up.

It's a 1 acre block with a big house & shed on it, but heaps of fruit trees to mow around at the back. It takes about an hour and a half to trim & mulch mow with the Gravely 44" ztr.
I'm not sure what the purple trees are Fred. Here's a close up pic. Maybe you can tell me?
