    Default Real Estate work

    Hi

Hubby & I are just starting out & need to build up our client base. We want to approach real estate agents but not sure what is the best way to go about it eg. front up in person & give them a card/flyer etc or perhaps it would be more worthwhile sending out standard letters (I know Rod mentioned this in another thread). If anyone has had success approaching &/or writing to agents & would like to pass on their ideas or even a layout of their letter I would greatly appreciate it. We service the Toowoomba area and there's heaps of real estate agents there.

    Thanks

    Lindy

Good old Toowoomba, My Grandparents live up there at Mt Kynoc.

I was able to quote last week on some town houses and I gave them somthing like a resume.
I had a bit about customer service also a equipment list(with a few extra tools)
And a little about me and my off sider( married kids etc etc)
I dont know if it got me the job but i think it looked smart.

I did much the same as Viceroy gave a brief resume as i was quoting on a Unit block complex. At least they can see what you are about.

I'm pleased to say i also got the job.
