Now hang on a minute Cammos. That was uncalled for. Nobody said anything about wishing you guys out of business. Far from it. This is a discussion about the inner turmoil within the Jim's Group at present. There are quite a few posts in this thread actually supporting you guys. You would do well to lose the attitude mate.

The people on here are friendly and I think it is pretty big of them to allow franchise holders to actually be members of this forum something which is not mutual from the Jim's end. Then here you go throwing this at us.

Saying things like this does not put you on the good side of people. I bet you guys slag off Indies on your forum. If you want to be a member on this one then learn to put up with a bit of argy bargy once in a while and stop being so petulant.

Very true and reading some of the comments on the Blue Mau Mau forum it may be a good thing for them. Although it would be a sad thing to see Jim P ousted from the company he built up from nothing. From all I seen of him he does seem to have the well being of his franchisees at heart which might explain why some franchisors are so annoyed with him.

Well i thing someone did post something about there being more lawns if Jims go but thats not true(responding to Cammos), Jimmys will hold onto the lawns without having to worrys about the fees, the franchise masters will lose out but everyone knows a frachise is an extremely risky business to get into, so bad luck if they lose there money.

Good to hear RooRead is going well,he is the man we all aspire to be,,$1000 by lunch then Hang 10 down the beach

Well I think you miss the irony Geoff. Hardly a Jim's vehicle is it. Most certainly an Indy. I am not saying Jim's has a problem at all. Some of their members are but.

I think its only the tip of the ice berg re the problems at Jims,,so many franchises have gone bust lately its not funny,,we don't know the whole story but just be glad most of us are not involved,,,i can't honestly see them in business in 2-3 years its all coming to a head, their will be court battle after court battles possibly costing millons and the system is so screwed up the whole place will implode replaceing Jim will not help.

It will be a very interesting next couple of years,,

Vip spent many a year in court from what i hear and they are still about .

    Thats business for you .

When theres millions of dollars involved theres always someone that wants the top job .

Jim Penman may feel isolated but when you have given birth to a company like that there is only one way to keep it alive and under your roof and thats to fight like hell .

So good luck Jim i hope you have the fight in ya .
