My 216 bag is needing replacement and you can get the original bag like mine or the newer type with the hard floor for about double the price.

Is the newer bag better than the old one??

    Cheers

I got one close to the original for $40 off ebay (DMC) No Honda name on it. and it is black.
Seems to do the job OK.

Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you

I just ordered one off evilbay yesterday..The original bag with the hard floor clogs up too easy not letting the air through so it doesnt catch very well.. soon see if it was a waste of money..
Ive got an old one with the soft floor and it seems to holds more grass..
The only advantage to the new bag is the dust cover but im thinking of cutting it off so its easier to pressure wash.

you know they must be good when there isn't a bad thing about them on here! (i think)
if you look at any other machine on this forum there is 100 good things about them and 200 bad things listed

Utility mower in good nick at $50 2 days out from finish. QLD crew. Even for $200 it will speed things up on feral lawns.
