Any one know anything about these, what brand of motor, HP etc. this is just up the road and could be a killer if I could fix it without much trouble.
    Cheers

doesn't have the blade disc by the sounds of things. If they are available it could be worth a look, taking into account it needs an engine and some reviews I've read in the past seemed to think the front wheels were a pita - still, it would be worth watching

The newer models have a Kawasaki 6hp.

I looked at one last year and I'm pretty sure it had a bar blade not swing backs.

He's been on eBay for a while now. That's where I purchased a hedge-trimmer from early last year. Nice price on that brushcutter.

they look good; I've got 2 kawa kbl27's which are good & reliable, these having a KAAZ shaft might be even better ( I've replaced the drive shafts on both Kawa's due to stripped splines) cheaper too

    Get one........
Mine has well over 100 hrs on it and still going strong.
Has done 8hrs straight and then some on more than one occasion. Currently use it in preferance to the heavy as allfark kmr 130 stihl.
Engine is by Robin and more than adequate for residential trimming. Wont be disappointed.

Also very good value at the moment from Sydney tools - Makita arborist chainsaw. (Made by Dolmar) $369. The Stihl equivalent is $1000.
