I paid $80 for a 3lb roll of Diamond Edge 3.3mm line (square profile) recently. Impossible to buy in Nowra and took a lot of online searching to find in 3.3mm.

    Edit : that was delivered.

An alloy head with the four lines.Non-genuine, don't know if they're worse than the Tanaka one. Had to file the slots a bit, but left it pretty tight. These heads are a bugger if the string can jump out of the slots. Dean sells them here

Wouldn't go back to a tap'n'feed head or similar after using this.

2 x5lb rolls of maxcore [which i would say is as good as or better than trailblazer]for $112 + p&h maxcore i always used trailblazer except when i had ordered some lightning line from asp [ basically the same as pro/max core ] until i saw this 5lb for $56 =$33.60/3lb
Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you

    Catch 22 or Murphy's Law

Just as I was buying a cheapie chainsaw off ebay guess what happened.

Same day it got delivered....a stihl chainsaw was on the classifieds for $50...started first go, blades a tad blunt. Bought it straight away.

Bloody hell. Whats next...a frickin multi-combo hedger, chainsaw etc.

There was also a husky pole saw selling for 650 hardly used but can't afford that for now.

Yea good stuff that sell it on monday.

Its just a matter on how busy you are on monday.

4 people rang about the chainsaw while I was there. I couldnt be quick enough to hand him the money!

One monday I missed out they had hedgers, blowers, SP honda, garden tools, toolbox etc pissed about that!

The bit about tax is a good point i wonder if they are paying tax and if so what country are they paying it in. I have got stuff off there before which comes from overseas and on the packaging it says gift.
