Could be true A few years ago my Dad was sick of cheap trimmers and went into a mower shop and asked for quality trimmer and a easy to use head and left with a similar set up.

But I know what you mean its hard not be cynical bit like the honda 216's you see for sale with bald tyres

Anyone around the Wentworthville area in Sydney who might be prepared to pick this up and recommend a freight depot for me If I have a bid and get it?

The seller was no help and told me to organise freight but I wouldn't have a clue where to start down there.

Bought a pole chainsaw of e-bay from one of their regular suppliers Lasted one tree and chain stopped turning Pulled saw gearbox apart and found very chewed up gears Contacted company via e-bay and told to look up parts needed on their web site and they would send them Only prob was the parts list did not show anything like the saw I had and all I got off the company was computer generated emails which didn't help at all There is no way you can get any info on repairs and guarentees are great if you can work out how to order parts and be able to fit them yourself I have got a power head which works quite well and all the poles to 6.000's just need a chainsaw to fit to it and can't buy chainsaw seperately so in future I'm saving the pennies and heading down to my mates mower shop and spending big enough bucks for a branded item with a warranty Shame you didn't live closer cause you could have what parts I've got for $50 and if you can source out the bits have a cheep cheep pole saw
