    Hi Guys,

    Just out of curiosity,

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/WALKER-ZE...#ht_500wt_1203

is 1042 hours alot for a walker (petrol), looks a little knocked around but for the right price i'd certainly be able to utilize the catching capabilities on a few of my larger yards.

Only a short trip from my place to inspect but as it goes tonight i'd appreciate any input from other walker uses on their thoughts on a 2nd machine in this condition.

    Appreciated...

    Sterlo

Those hours are high for a small motor its only a 16hp plus its very old that deck is not one that folds up so I wouldn't buy it for that reason you would want to give it a run make sure the hydros are ok or you could be up for some serious dollars. You would be much better off with an mt model. I had a 13hp once used to have a lot of trouble with blocking the chute not enough hp so I went to a 26hp efi model mt no more blocked chute even in wet grass

that victa 460 could be the buy of the century if the price doesn't go berserk

The victa 460 looks too good to be true. It will go for allot more i think. I was given a Victa tornadeo 2 stroke a few weeks ago. 6 months old.
Im wondering if it is just as good as the utility mower for slashing jobs

put post in wrong thread DH
Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you

If it was in SEQ and was $300 I'd snap it up.
