Or at least a bottle of champers. For someone not really working in the industry what you have done is exceptional. It shows just how strong our "family" is.
Well done Joanne. You deserve recognition for your efforts.

It's my way of giving a little back. Everyone here was so incredibly helpful to us along the way. I'm not picking up any new "wisdom" that I can share here but this sort of thing I can do.
Happy to help!
Will upload updated files (with phone no's) over the weekend so if anyone wants to include their mobile number - rather than use the pm via indi forum method of contact let me know so I can update as many as possible in one go.

Now here's an alternative we can try for those that want a map rather than spreadsheets.
In the end I decided the easiest way to do it was set up a generic gmail account and everyone can use that to edit the map (I figured some people may be a bit uncomfortable sharing their email addresses with me and also it means I don't have to invite each person individually).
Now I am either going to look like a legend (figjam ) or a complete goose here if it doesn't work.
Here is the email message:
I've shared a map with you called Indi's Australia:
You can view and edit this map at
http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=U...fc7b69c40a43c06
use this email address [convert to normal email format as I don't want spambots getting a hold of this]... indimembers AT gmail DOT com to sign in to Google and edit the map. Add a placemark for your location and include as much or as little information as you like, from just your indi user name to full contact details. The choice is yours.
I've left the account signed in but if you need the password it is indisunite (case sensitive).
The link should take you to the map, click on the Edit button and use the placemarker icon to add your placemark...the map can be zoomed in and out like any google map.
If you create your own Google account you can save the map there and if your mobile phone is web enabled you can access it any time, anywhere.
Gawd I hope it works

Hi Joanne
Firstly many thanks for what you are doing here. Your a legend. Secondly the link to the map doesn't work for me. It returns this error
