Activegrip Go to website www.pestgenie.com.au Key in type of weed and it will tell you what poision to use to kill it
Regards Nev .
Staraine, at around $575.00 for 20L is an expensive product, Kamba m contains dicamba and mcpa from memory and will do the trick on most lawn (herb type) weeds. If u think you need something a bit stronger I recommend AMACIDE 625. (active ingredient 2.4d) in doth cases mix at 10ml / lt with 2ml sufactant.
Or...just Pull Them All Out By Hand & Charge Them $25 Per Hr...hee!! Hee! Hee!
yes u can always do that
Thanks for your replies.
Those pesticides are a little on the $$$ side.
I did offer to do it by hand, but got the usual reply when I said $25p/h,
Her :"I'll pay you $15p/h"
Me :"Enjoy your sensitive weed"
$25 p/h for garden work i charge $45 otherwise i can make more mowing and its less back breaking
i am with you there.Originally Posted by ian

as for Kamba..
i think it rocks..
it smashes broadleaf weeds very quick...
$25 to $30 for 1 ltr..
is not to bad.
when i have all ready used about half in 1 season..
the bloke across the road from me got the 5 ltr bottle for about $110...
so give it a go..
i charge $20 FOR THE Kamba.$45 per hr to spray with 100 lt sprayer i have...
and soon i will work it all out bye the mtr.
say some thing like 0.080 per mtr..for the big jobs.
any were from 2000 sq/mtrs to 6000 sq/mtrs
small place i do by the size of the bloke
about $ 60 to $90

I do tell them I'm covered , and I'm a legit business, however most are only concerned with what it's going to cost.
I think it's the "it will never happen to me" syndrome.
I know where you're coming from re customers getting itsy when you tell them your hourly rate! I never tell them for that reason. I work out how much I'll use & how long it'll take & just give them a quote for the job "I can do it for $60" etc. I win more than i lose using that method. You still get tight arses who think $5 is a lot of money & that you & I should work for peanuts, but you don't need them anyway! The ones I hate are the ones that try to haggle! If I say $60 I mean $60. If they come back with a counter offer of say $45, I say "sure, what part don't you want me to do?" You should try it! Their faces are a picture when you say it to them! You're not going to get the job anyway unless you lowball, so why not have some fun!
