    Hi.

My advice is don't touch Sanli

I was given a Sanli Straight shaft Whipper Snipper to try out and give feed back by the mower shop.

I don't know much about the Hedgetrimmer, but the whippy didn't last, they are basic china crap!

    Cheers
    Jas

if you can handle the weight pope seem to have an ok name with weight being the only problem and you can get these at bunnings so might be worth a look
Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you

    I've got the pope renegade 26cc weighs 5.5kg. + 500ml of 2-stoke.

I admit it hasn't got a lot of hours on it but for the occasional use I've given it, it has done it's job without any problems. You'll find it in the price range.

Send a sniper team in on this star and see if you can get in for a good price and ask if they will post...

Not sure about down in Vic but Bunnings don't carry them here in Qld. Only place I've seen them is the bigger Mitre 10's and they're $229.00.

Bunnings Castledine has Pope hedge trimmers, might be worth asking or trying another store.

A mate bought a Sanli hedge trimmer, no good, had to be replaced. Next time I saw him he had a Kawasaki.
