....Nothing like a good whipper....
I've got blundstones but I've been told the redbacks are alright.
I wear redbacks. Have for years, pay about $110. I have flat feet so cheap ones are no good after spending 20 years on concrete for 8 hrs a day probably made the problem worse. Actually have fitted insoles for my golf shoes and should be wearing them in my work boots aswell but more than 4 hrs at a time is not good.
Someone needs to make work boots with raised arches and inner heels inside them. I would pay $300 if they did, flat feet make not only your feet hurt but your ankles knees and back hurt
the slave wears redbacks i brought a pair because she said they where so much better but found the fit wasn't as good as the blundstones so changed back the blundstone also cost a lot less
Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you
Redbacks here. Make sure you use leather protector on them to stop them cracking.
Cheers Rick
Another vote 4 the Redbacks!
Cheers Dean.
Redbacks for me too. I think I pay about $90 for mine. I buy the inner soles from the chemist to raise the arch for about $40 as I have the same problem. It makes them more comfy too.
I'm on my 3rd pair of Steel Blue work boots, the most comfortable boots Ive tried, about $160
i believe Simon from Shepparton Lawn Care quite likes them as well

I use Mongrel boots with a rub of Dubbin once a week, have lasted 18 months so far, my Blundstones only lasted 9 months
