    What is the best way you guys have found to approach estate agents re work, cold calling,email or written?

    dont call is my viewbut if you have to contact the property manager of the agency because these people are the ones who organise the rental properties including all the maitenance.Best way is email these people ( web site will have there personal email ) with your details..normally they have there contract gardeners like us but sometimes someone does let them down and hopefully they call you..if you get a call quote promplty and do the work a-sap then you a foot in..they love it when they have a contractor that does the work with no fuss..they call with a problem and you fix it..simple formulae

    You hit the nail on the head with that Geoff. I have never cold called a real estate agent. The ones that use us all came in via my website when their existing ones weren't available or couldn't do the job. I wholly agree with doing the job asap. They want prompt attention and rarely argue on anything once they realise you are not going to rip them off
