Shindy tube mounted control. The best bit of kit I own without doubt. I have not used my hand held blowers in months

Yes but be wary of buying from sellers like that on eBay. I will never buy another product from a second-rate seller on ebay after BaumrAG refused to communicate with me after two emails regarding the chainsaw I bought from them in December.

I might be tarring them all with the same brush but just be careful. Even if it means now paying more, and doing it tough for a while, I'll now only buy from a local dealer where I can get warranty and a store to actually walk into.

get one of these http://www.ebay.com/itm/Tanaka-backp...item43abc024b9 I got mine off them, postage was $185, much as I love my makita gear I'd rather have tanaka by choice, esp a 2 stroke b/pack over a 4 stroke

Front individual wheel adjusters are a pain same as johndeer.
Toro make a bar blade the same and I wasn't keen on the cut finish.
It also looks like a belt drive...paiiinfulll...

US "commercial" equates Oz "barely residential" - sorry, no offense, but it look like a toy to me

That appears to be the case with a lot of US market stuff. I got a bit interested when I saw that a manufacturer had put the Kawasaki engine on a 21" SP mower.

Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you
