    Diamond edge 2.7, 2.4, and 2mm

I try to use the 2mm most of the year, get a straghter line smaller groove on verticals and alot less grass splater just trimming

2.4 & 2.7 Diamond Edge in the bigger petrol trimmers

2mm Trailblazer in the battery trimmer for regular lawns. Only because I can't get 2mm Diamond Edge in 3 or 5 lb spools.

2mm for reg stuff, thicker for rougher stuff.
Judging by your name, perhaps a blade ?

    Cheers Fred.

Has anyone bought any new Trailblazer lately?
I ordered a new spool & it arrived today, but it's not Trailblazer. It seems stiffer & harder, but the dealer assures me it is the correct code/part number for Trailblazer.
I'll give it a go... it might be better

code/part numbers on the labels are different and on the GA website they still list the trail blazer with the same part number as on your reel so I call B.S and think either he's been sent the wrong item or he's trying to pull a swifty
But the other question I have is 2.00mm line?
Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you

Yeah Ian I noticed the different part numbers, but thought it might have been because the trailblazer is a 2lb spool & the new one is a 3lb spool.

Anyway I used some yesterday and seems to be ok so far. The shop said if I'm not happy I can take it back.

I use the 2mm in the battery trimmer on easy lawns. Easier to spin so battery lasts longer.
