Make certain though you do not lose your cool, just be pleasant and polite, keep you voice at one level. I would also ring another dealer. Do you get your vehicle service by the dealer who you trying to get the warranty work done, if so then threaten to remove your custom this works to as warranty work is paid by Holden where your money is lots of profit for them.
