go back and cut it lower about 50mm from the ground then ask if it's low enough
Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you

having a hard time getting inverter for solar panels fixed. ive been communicating with the company that makes them but its very frustrating , even more so when this email turned up

    Hi Kathryn

When you connect with solar panels,it will have input voltage in the LCD display. You could check it in the inverter.

I'm so sorry that i type wrong word.it is line frequency.
This is for checking your inverter frequency is 50Hz?You could enter into the menu, find selection set to choose.
Becasue frequency is not 50hz,it cannot work with the grid.

If you donot know how to operate, maybe you could find man to do this checking.Best regards
    Carrie Rong

    dear mr wrong

if you donot know how to sleak le english, maybe you could find someone to communicate with english sleaking clients, and someone whos not a ***ist ass.

so sorry i type the wrong word, i mean youre an $%#hole.

geez, im not racist, but i wonder if english speaking people went to a foreign country and stuffed up the language there and insulted clients, , didnt assimilate into the society - would we be accepted wholeheartedly, or would they be "racist" towards us?

I went out to a client of 4 years bush property and whippersnipped for three hours today in the rain, thought I did a great job in the time allocated and got absolutely saturated. Just opened a email saying I gather the rain kept you away today...... now my feelings are all hurt lol

Not saying u did'nt have good communication, but its not good enough for him to complain when u dealt with her.
He's just trying to take advantage. Tell him u have'nt charged him 4 anything u have'nt done.
U can do more but he will need to pay more.
There is hedgeTRIMMING, & there is hedge REDUCTION.
If u cant do it with a hedgecutter, its hedge REDUCTION!(Im generally talking the top of the hedge).
    The diff is HUGE.
Im finishing some conifer hedges tomorrow on a large rural property that will have taken over 60hrs to complete.
I was told to reduce the main hedge by 1.2-1.5m
Just about all of it had to be reduced with secateurs & loppers.
A chainsaw was too short to spam the 2m width & with the pole chainsaw it made a terrible mess.
Then u would need to put the polechainsaw down & lift the individual branches from the top of the hedge whilst standing 10' on a ladder.
Easier (believe it or not) with loppers & secateurs, also a much neater finish.
Last time I did this job it was a trim only.
This time took almost double the time & will cost them almost double the cost.
It was pointed out b4 I started that it would be a much larger job this time.
When I present them with the bill of nearly 4G, I hope they are understanding.
    Enough waffle.
My point being, communication on hedge cutting is vital.
Stand your ground, it seems like they're trying one on.
    Cheers Fred.

SO i went back there tonight after i finished the day, had some spare time so i went back and started talking to the wife, and i said: arnt you happy with the job" "yes iam but its not lower enough" so i took the hedge trimmer out and took it down to where she was happy, and it looked bloody UGLY i said to her with the ****s, ":HOW can you be happy with this as to yestardays job, she looked at me and i knew the answer, then i simply stated "It will grow back" and the husband came home said Hi and thanks for comming out, looked at the hedge and walked inside, i slowly pack my tools up and went home It honestly looks like an ametur has done it now, Its not square, there is only wood left. and humps in it where the clmps of wood is, Oh crap im whinging BUT it has spoiled a good job....

Greenie, dont beat your hedger into submision trying to make it do things it was'nt designed for.
I take it u got payed, did'nt loose too much time, so u learnt a lesson the easy way.
    Another string in your bow.
Store it in your memory & move on.
    Cheers Fred.

They might not be worth keeping by the sounds of it! Put them at the top of your "Clients to be brushed when I'm busy" list.
