Not much you can do to be honest... unless you want to confront them via phone, email or mail and hope they change it.
Your other alternative is to spend the big bucks in a court battle if you have a strong case... (don't reccommend)
- You may be able to argue that they are engaging in misleading and deceptive conduct, which is prohibited, by displaying themselves in a way that is overall very similar to your own business - if confusion is occurring from your clients.
- If you have built a reputation in your business, such as it's generally recognised as being uniquely yours etc you may have grounds to consider action against them for copying.
- If they have paraphrased your text this may be a copyright infringement. This generally occurs when they use a susbtantial part of your work - it doesn't actually have to be exact to actually be infringement.
- Are they branding themselves with the same or similar name? If so, have you registered your brand as a trademark? If so, there may be trademark infringement occurring.
Personally, I would take it as a complement that they are copying you... So what actions can you take now???
The lesson that I would be taking from this is... It has happened and it will continue to happen again in the future... you will need to constantly develop, expand, diversify and adapt your business model (including website). Although, this may be tough on the internet as there is a lot of competition out there who can be incredibly unoriginal and wll continue to copy your text.
So Maybe it's time for you to get into more development, become innovative in your business so they can try and keep up with you. Show them who's boss!
