Hows this one been mowing this lawn for about 12 years, the lady is really nice gives the family presents at Christmas always pays, but always has made out how poor she is, no flash car or house so silly old Mark feels sorry for her and in 12 years I have never put the price up, then she comes out yesterday after I mow to pay me and asks if I can mow a rental property she owns up near the beach. Well I'll be snookered ..... Yeah I can do that and I have just put my prices up

Same here yesterday......could be worse though.....check the How's the weather thread 6 weeks ago.....lol.Mowed a resi lawn with the ztr with mulch plates in this morning. It was a bit long and had a shower of rain as I was mowing so it was a bit clumpy. Ran over it again and it turned out pretty good. Had a quick look around, and out the gate and loaded up. Went back to shut the gate and there's a pile of sodden clippings 44" wide and 4" deep that fell out of the deck when I took off.
A Google Expert could be someone technically proficient in setting up mail, document and web hosting on Google servers (like me :-) )
Could also be Adwords specialty.
Google have certifications for demonstrated competance with many of their services.
So 'Google' could mean any one of a full range of really awesome services other than just the Google Search we usually think of

Did a largish Banksia Rose total removal today.
It was growing over the owners roof and over the neighbours side and it had been growing up and over over chicken wire on a round metal pole training fence some 4mtrs high for 30 yrs.
Temps reached 35 degress as well with the property on a steep slope and a luxury home too.
By 1.00pm I was knacked and was wondering if I could even finish it due to heat and a little of humidity as some thundery storms were closing in.
Used extended multi tool hedger and extended pole saw and chain saw for lower trunks that were clear of chicken wire.
Had to climb in the high wall trailer and compress it some 5 to 6 times.
After resharpening me chain chains and some other prep for another big job tomorrow. I'm having a couple of hard earnt cold beers.
No weekend rest as I've got an all dayer on Saturday and most of Sunday.
Some one here posted about doing a hard Banksia job last week. I share the physical pain you experienced.
Should help build the bank balance consolidation for the coming winter though.
Cheers Garry
the only lawn in the area that seems to still need mowing every 2 weeks or even weekly is my own
Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you

x2, even though the water restrictios have bee lifted, ppl are on a guilt trip & cant bring themselves to water their lawns.
My lawn is lush & green. The water portion of our water bill is about 10-15% of our total bill, the rest is charges & services fees.
I dont think ppl are that concerned about the cost, its just a mindset that was created & will be very hard to be reversed.
Cheers Fred.
