Hurry up and ****ing rain already you **** of a sky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know the feeling Paul. I haven't mowed my mountain properties for 13 weeks. The ultimate lowballers (wallabies) are taking care of it all.
I have only mowed my own place twice since last winter.

That's what a lot of my clients lawns (and my own backyard) are starting to look like Ed (except for the paspalum), just a tinge bit more green where yours is yellow.
Quoted a job to-day, long, crappy, "when did you mow it last"?.......November 2013...man it took 2 days, can you do it this week?,I'm moving in 2 weeks, I'll pay you when I get my bond money returned, ...Ya's all know my answere in here.
Getting really frustrated and contemplating a career change. After 3 days of beautiful sunny weather when I could've done plenty of work, I finally get my car back and we've had thunderstorms all night with around 20mm of rain. Still raining on and off this morning. I have an urgent slashing job that has to be done today as well as a backlog of regulars to take care of. Between sick kids ( we had a stomach bug go right through the whole family as well as an early start to the cold and flu season ), the weather and my stupid car the last 6 weeks have been very trying. To make it worse the mechanic informed me that when the rear diff was last worked on they used incorrect bearings and seals that contributed to last Fridays breakdown. Serves me right for going to K-Mart auto. Had my whinge, feeling a little better. Off to do some work in the rain.

Came across a sick bird today, a hawk, rang NANA to come and get it. I went back to check on it and it had died - NANA told me it possibly ate a rat/mouse that had eaten a bait....bit upsetting, it was a beautiful looking bird - photo doesn't do it justice

I hate those bloody trees that drop small pods everywhere in the grass. Mower wont pick them up and easy to twist your ankle on.....
Everything looks good with a haircut.... ɐuıɥɔ ɯoɹɟ pɹɐoqʎǝʞ ɐ ʎnq ı ǝɯıʇ ʇsɐl ǝɥʇ sʇɐɥʇ
Liquidambers are the worst for that here.
Love it when all your equipment cries 'enough' on the same damn day. This weekend was going to be service time but the mower and brushcutter just couldn't hold on one more day could they.....
Thought my trailer wheel ran over something as I turned a corner- didn't think too much about it.
Got to the next job and no fabric catcher for the Honda 215. Went back and it was goneGotta be quick
Never lost one in 20 years. It could be a sign!! Had the Rover self propelled on board as well
had a sh1t day, wasted an hour on a handyman job which I realised isn't worth the time/money; started mowing a new property and hit an old stump - totalled the blades and bent the deck, wasted an hour fixing it. Went to grab my last purchase of line which upon a close look is 2.4mm, not the 3.3mm I paid for - this really p1zzes me off as I get them through the mail and its not worth the hassle of returning it (I'm over 40k's from the P.O.)
