I got metal straps 15mm x 5mm welded on the inside of the curve on both sides, from the top of the handle to the thottle. I did get the break just welded first but the heat from the weld weakens the steel and it cracked again near the weld.

perhaps you could fit handles off a well made mower to it

Putting the hat and ear muffs with visor on the side of the trailer where I never put it, and making a mental note not to leave it there. Next job 10klms away i realise i have left them there and they are both gone. Must have flown off. On top of this yesterday discovered that i'd lost my drink cooler as well.

when washing your car be diligent around your number plates.
Fines apply for dirty number plates.
I went thru a testing station not long ago, Licence OK
Grog test OK, No drug test needed.
Phew! I got thru without a dirty number plate check.
It could of cost me!

The vehicle registration number must be clearly visible and readable from a distance of 20 metres at any point within the space produced by a horizontal arc of 90 degrees and a vertical arc of 45 degrees. Any cover must be clear, clean, untinted and flat over its entire surface. The following offences apply:
Obscured number plate – On the spot infringement @ $110 fine plus 3 Demerit points. (No guilty mind or intent required to be proven).
Fraudulently altering a number plate - $1,000 fine or imprisonment for 2 months
Sell, use or possess an anti-speed measuring device - $2, 000 fine.
