Yes, that's an Executive Decision - Well Done.

I failed in mine lying in bed after having Eggs on toast. Text goes off, Whoops forgot I had booked a house one street away from home. Suited up and hooked trailer and arrived 45mins late. Then went home after it and planned me remainder of week in the diary. It Happens
    Cheers Garry

After a long day hastily pack up to get home. Double check ride on & equipment tied down.
Turn out of car park onto a busy rd at 6pm. Check my mirrors only to see 2 Decade anti vibration gloves fly off trailer as car gains speed!$70

Must be time for a break.
I've driven off from my shed twice in the last month without locking down the tow hitch of the trailer.
I drive about 150 metres & pull up at the house and luckily it never came off & I spotted it before going out onto the road.

l always put a hitch lock on over the hitch, apart from the safety aspect, its insurance in case the hitch isn't locked down

Ive had my trailer hitch come off the ball driving over nasty speed bumps in a supermarket carpark. Really embarrassing not to mention difficult to put back on. I put a padlock lock on it now.

I ordered 6 drums of Glyphosate and been damaged (1 drum was empty) by Courier Company which I refused to accept the package. Nobody from the supplier told me to accept it first.
As if The supplier blamed on me (for not accepting the damaged delivery first) BUT DID NOT blame the Courier company for not handling the package properly.

This is the same company I get most of my stuff from.

Courier companies are hard to deal with at the best of times, When things like this happen they are often impossible.
So why would you accept damaged goods? Especially glyphosate damaged goods. Who wants 20 ltrs of that concentrate leaking over some of the other containers.
Do you think the courier company used a spill kit and then cleaned up the rest of the containers??

So if the supplier cant get the goods to you in "new" condition maybe they should be discussing it with the courier company and/or change courier companies.
And to think they put it back on you!!!

Some others on this forum may use this company too so maybe its time to ask them how they do their business BEFORE we place more orders with them.
They will be getting a few questions from me.

I may now be going to my local ag store in Cranbourne

The thing is the supplier should NOT put the blame to the customer for not accepting the damage good unless been told todo so prior to delivery.

I have sent the email to the supplier yesterday morning while the package was still in their Courier warehouse but the supplier did not respond nor mention about accepting damage good.
Plus there is no apology for this issue from the supplier.
    He only mentioned losing money.

I am also running business as well. No one wants to lose money but sometimes you lose some, you win some

I have sent the email to the supplier stating the issue with the package after i called the courier company to find out about the delivery and only been told there was damage pallet.

Anyway, this is my first incident with them. They are absolutely good company. Im only trying to say they should not put the blame to customer if the customer not at fault. My suggestuon to them probably they have to look at changing their thing to handle similar issue in the future.

By the way, it should not stop ordering from them.

Does the Supplier's free number end in 7. I don't have wizard powers. Just a Yes or No.
