You would think a real estate would no that $30 aint going to come anywhere near the price just a mow alone is more than that.

Bloody 3ltr plastic milk bottles when they're full. I don't think I've ever managed to put milk into a cup of tea without it dripping all over the bench and down the side of the bottle....

that's why you should take a good swig from the bottle when you 1st open it
Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you

I hear ya! However with 2 kids under 5, we go through milk, so the 3L is the economical option.

An another note, got an SMS from a customer last night to contact her landlord about paying for a water meter I broke around 3 months ago. I thought this had been forgotten about and now I am going to have to find the money to pay for this. Waiting to hear from the guy to find out how much.

They probably do know but they just don't care. I would love to go and rent a property and tell them how much I want to pay per week for rent, not what the going rate is. I Wonder what would happen ?

It reminds me of these blocks of flats that I used to mow, they had trees on the foot path which were planted underneath the power lines and the owners wanted me to keep the trees trimmed so that they didn't grow up in to the power lines and become a problem ..... BUT they wanted that done at no extra cost, as part of my fortnightly or monthly service. I later found out that the owners of the flats had an auto electrical business. I would love to go in there to get my Air con fixed and then want them to supply and fit a new battery for no more money. I think they would give me two words and the second word is OFF !!!

I got a call from an ex customer telling me to expect a call from his friend about mowing. I said cool and thanks. He then says he's a solicitor, look after him!

WTF! I just said, Ooooooo kayyyy! (Like, Yeah mate, no worries. Maybe I should pay him for the privilege!)

Havent heard from the friend yet. Cant wait!

i put Big bob behind me while i was taking another mower out of the van, and it was closer than i thought, and a fell arse over and squashed bog bob. Not sure what damage i have done BUT onlt 3 wheel touch the ground i have taken it to the Repair shop and looks like i may be up for 2 axles, and the deck may be a little twisted i can see a $400 bill comming my way on and the wait is about 2 weeks and NO i get no warranty! should of stayed in bed!

Greenie I'd be asking some serious questions about the build quality of the mower if that happened just from falling over it?

Reloading the f@cking grease gun. Defeates the purpose of buying in bulk when it ends up everywhere but in the dam thing.

Sounds like a rear axle they will raise the front right front wheel by about 1 inch and in reality u should be able to do all the repairs ya self
but do agree with others thats crap it would do that with just falling over it

Maybe they should be called a "Big Bill' instead of Big Bob.
