But if you aint ''STIHL'' you aint real....
Nice result considering how long and leggy it looked. They can be messy (and sharp) things to prune.
Was trying to do some shrubs at out of town at my Aunt's farm this afternoon but she has a huge Wasp plague out there at present. Anyone know how to do a broad-scale kill of wasps? They are literally everywhere. I could only do two shrubs out of about 20 that need trimming!
you probably need to find the nest/nests and poison them
Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you
I'm thinking there's going to be lots of nests and lots of stings for me in the process
I had one of those big glossy black wasps land on my arm this morning on a turfing job, it was a "The Time Stood Still" moment, crawled around for a tick then flew off....then I started breathing again!
nice work kev makes life a bit easier for the postie
These were odd. Not Paper wasps - substantially bigger. Come to think of it I can remember them being around too when I use to go out there to see my cousins when I was a kid.
