I hate this hedge, too high, near impossible access etc, comes up well though.

    Nice!

I would have 99% of the clippings end up in the pool.

Do u use a multi tool to do that?

Always a few clippings end up in the pool, very little though and i get them out with the pool scoop.
Yeah i use my Stihl combi on this job, just a standard pole trimmer really.
Don't think you saw that one in my trailer.

I would love that hedge this time of year.. Do it about mid day, bring a couple of coldies as you get in the pool and clean it. You feel all fresh for the next one

Yer its our biggest volume hedge & the neck feels it just as much as the shoulders.
42 + 39 were the two days we had it booked in for but we've woke up to ourselves these days & with a little re-scheduling we managed a 26 & a 20 degree day....ahhh!!!!
Its not that bad for us with a bit of plannig, I just feel for those like Gazza,Kathryn,David etc where it just keeps coming.
They might be able to re-schedule the odd day but,if the want a regular inome, they dont have alot of choice.
    Cheers Fred.

Fantastic work there Fred, ya should ask Dean to change your name here from "Fred's Mowing" to "Fred's Suppa Doppa Hedges"

I have a big hedge job at heights with difficult access on Monday, and me shoulder will be knackered when I finished it. But the ones you do are mega in size, mine are only big. It's know wonder your neck get smashed as well as your shoulders.
I started a little late today and worked till 8.00pm in a cool 34deg. At the moment having a can or two of J/W 'n' cola to energise the body for tomorrow's silly temperatures again.

Looking forward to the next set of Supppa Doppa Hedge pictures, just be safe on the high ladder please. Hope you show misses Fred those pictures so she understands how hard you work.
    Cheers Garry
