Hey Gazza. Do yourself a favour and grow a mint bush. Make your own mint sauce with vinegar, hot water and sugar. Beats the store bought crap hands down.

    Bluey,

What's the ratio in the mix of your recipe please,
I've a gold client that I whipper excess mint from an of control raised garden bed full of that stuff every fortnight.
Love mint sauce on roast lamb and BBQ chops.

Humm, don't know about Marinara in my Spaghetti, but the pizza's tonight were OK seeing the misses didn't want a Pot and Parmi for 10 bucks at the local .
    Cheers Garry

Mate.. it is easy. Grab a big hand full or two of mint and chop the bejus out of it. The more mint the stronger the flavour. Dump that in a big bowl and and about half a cup of boiling water. Let it stand for at least an hour but overnight is best. Then just add vinegar and sugar until you get the taste you want. The trick is to get the mint flavour out by adding boiling water and letting it steep. My mum taught me this when I was a little tacker.

PS....the bloody dog is farting.....loves fish but makes her fart. You have got to try Marinara mate... the best spagehetti...i get this really good mix from the Fish Factory....they give you all their off cuts and other things.... you get prawns...mussels...scallops ...fish...squid...occy....and heaps more for $17 a kilo...you need about 500 grams for a really big nosh up. So for about $10 you could feed me and the dog or 120 starving biafrans
    Cheers

This weekend could be a biggy.

Our first grandchild is due any day now. Every time the phone rings Mrs.C grabs it at lightning speed!

Picking up my Greenfield Piecemaker then bringing it home and running an old broom handle through it to see how it goes, needless to say I can't wait to use it Monday.

Opened an e-mail tonight from a manson property I look after and got the go ahead to perform more detailed extended services over the normal services. The normal services are already big compared to a normal house.

    Love this job.
    extended service????? happy ending perhaps!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend doing that to a mulcher, they are designed to chip vegetation not treated and dried timber. I think you will blunt the blades very quickly doing that. A tree lopper told me that once.

had to smile today doing a commercial job when one of my clients who was driving past and saw me and pulls up she gets out of her car and comes over to pay me because she has missed me the last couple of visits as we are talking she looks over the road and reads aloud the sign which says 5 dvd's for $50 and says i'll have to go and see if they have anything worth watching, i think to myself ok this may just be over sharing on her part and we kept talking then i mentioned something about the store over the road at which point she turned bright red as she realised the store was an adult concept store not just a place selling videos and that she had basically told me she was going to see if they had any pornos worth buying

Grandaughter finally arrived late last night, fashionably late, just before midnight. Mum and bub doing well.

Now, where do I find a pink lawnmower!
