Last week I get a call from a customers personal chef... "How do you do your (pork) ribs bla bla?"
I give a real true proper chef, who'd cooked for royalty, tips on how to cook ribs! (the line "Im not worthy" comes to mind)
Anyway, he followed some of my tips, brings some around on Sunday for me to try. Very tender but bland!
I however made up some of my own ribs over the weekend and gave him half a slab of/with 2 different rubs.
His were more tender than mine, no doubt, but heres his text ...
"You win great tasty ribs. Even makes the beer taste better!"
That makes me happy!
I make more tasty ribs than a guy thats cooked for Lady Diana!
