I'd be keen to have a look see. I've always wanted one ever since I was a little kid.

It used to be a Fairmont 6cyl but now has 351, C6, 9 inch etc. Was set up for the strip but still makes a mean streeter.

That Goss is nice. And to think that 15 - 20 years back them and the Cobras were considered somewhat to be ugly ducklings and not many enthusiasts wanted them. Different story now.

I've got an XT GT replica which I have owned since I was 16. I'll get some photos on here some time.

The XTs are nice. They were always the forgotten-about GTs back in the day. Everyone either wanted the XR being the first, or the XW or Ys. The XB Coupes are the ones everyone seems to be chasing these days though.

There was a bloke about 8 years ago in Herberton (which is near here) he had an XB GS coupe for sale and only wanted $1000 for it and at the time I didn't get it but I look back now and think YOU IDIOT !!! I was a bit rusty but by no means un-repairable.

I also love Mazda Rotaries. I had a genuine RX-3 sedan and I wish I still had that thing. I have an 808 sedan that is waiting it's turn to be restored.

You're a bit like me. I like the rotaries too but have never owned one.

My Dad's restored a few RX3s. Last time I was talking to him quite a while back he had a 12A Periph Port RX3 sedan in his shed waiting to be painted. Should see if he still has it. My stepbrother also inherited his Grandad's original 1 owner RX2 sedan and proceded to blow the motor/seals within about three months.

Wow mine's got rust in the bootlid similar to that but the rest of the body on mine is somewhat better than that one.

That one looks like it's been used as a boat anchor.

Yes and that's what you can see. God only knows what's lurking under the paint and areas that are covered up i.e underneath.

In car terms I'd equate that with finding a 60s or 70s GT Falcon in a farm-shed. Well not quite, but you get the idea!
Actually, I'd be more impressed with finding a 69 Roadrunner but I'll have to settle for the mower and my stinky old valiant
