I was talking to a guy who did property maintenance awhile ago and he reckons I need a intermediate electrical license to do this legally. The license is for replacing globes starters and power points.

Most of mine want $5m, but one of them has specified $10m, best way is to ask the Body corp / Strata manager what their requirements are. It only cost about $80 to upgrade from 5 to 10, but the job was worth it.
