Everybody is entitled to MY opinion.
For invoicing I have just started using invoice2go, like it a lot so far once set up a few taps on your phone and the invoice is done and emailed.
Will be interested to see how it goes long term.
A pretty cool feature of Invoice2go for tracking expenses is receipts2go, you take a photo of your receipt with your phone and add the details for the expense, you can then run a expense report for the month and all the details are there plus a photo of the receipt.
Gday, my phone has stuffed up....so about time I got me one of those "smartphones"....
Can you upload your expenses receipts to MobileBiz Pro? This one sounds pretty good, but couldnt find this feature in the description of it??
Otherwise the "Hello expense" link Mrs HMS supplied looks good.
Im looking for something to:
schedule/remind me of my daily appointments.
Send(email &/or sms) invoices(& quotes) to customers while at the job & can send a "paid receipt" email too would be nice.
Track expenses.
Not interested in Invoice2go as I read they are now asking for annual payments, would rather free or one-off payment solutions!
Any suggestion of what is available that might suit now?
cheers

Here is a good app for mixing 2 stroke(Android App). I use it for the boat as its 75:1 and always putting different amounts of fuel in it.

Hi all, anyone know of any free landscape design apps or software compatible with androidphone or iPad?
Best thing I was ever taught was the adage double it and add a zero. That is for 50.1 mix. You take your litres lets say 10 the you double it gives you 20 then add a zero gives you 200. So you add 200ml of oil to 10 litres of fuel. For 25.1 you double the final amount so you need 400ml of oil for 10 lts of fuel. Easy as.
For 75.1 its a bit more tricky. You take off half the 50.1 value but you have to add 33mls per each 10 ltrs used. So for 10 ltrs of fuel at 75.1 it would be 133 mls of oil. The extra oil goes up with each 10 ltrs of fuel ie. 20 ltrs of fuel is 266ml of oil and so on. But I never mix 75.1 so dont worry about it
