Its not due until the 30th of September, 30days from the beginning of the following month, that's just how it works. All my business customers get the same setup. that standard.

It has gone nuts. Donald Trump is president of the free world. We are rooted.

There was a cartoon a while back called catdog. It was pretty funny actually, the dog half was always fighting the cat half.

Q: What do you get when you cross a bulldog with a Shih Tzu?
    A: A bull ****

Yeah mate but what truly annoys me is that they condition people into thinking that type of price is OK. I know we dont want those type of customers but it makes it hard to charge reasonable amounts that you need to survive long term when each year we have more and more of them. That the pay of a check out chick not a business operator

Reads all the forums and thinks,i'll undercut that suggested $60 per hour and pick up lots of work.
Then thanks all guys who replied to his questions and trained him with all the answers he needs and starts his $25-$30 per hour lawn round.

$60 have a look at the rounds for sale sections on line and see just how many people out there are trying to sell rounds with the listing saying well priced at $45 p/h I think this is more like the price these people are basing their pricing on or the service websites that advertise people from $30-$35 if they are basing it on anything .Last I heard Jims were at $88 and that was a year or 2 ago and as I have said before I would prefer someone to know i charge $80-90 p/h and undercut me at $60 p/h than think I charge $45p/h and under cut me at $30.
Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against.
And if you don't like what Ian has to say use the ignore function if you don't know how ask i will gladly tell you
