Second Edition
We have just finished updating the manual and you will receive the 2nd edition of Lawn Mowing: Fastrak to success. Along with a lot more information on the industry, machinery, tips and tricks we have also included an example business plan, written by a lawn-mowing contractor, with a guide to writing your own.
Why The 2nd Edition?
Now that is a question we have been asked quite a bit over the past few
months. The feedback from our first edition was great; virtually
everyone loved what it contained and how it was written. To be honest with you, the responses we were getting
surprised the heck out of me. I am
a lawn-mowing contractor, not an author J.
While we were and still are happy with the first edition of our manual;
however, there is always room for improvement.
As in life, you are always
learning in business. No matter how
much experience you have, or how many books you have read, you are always
learning new things. While I have
had over 20 years experience in lawn mowing, I now also have over 3 years
experience starting contractors up in lawn mowing. I have learnt their fears and I now know better then ever the
problems that they may face, questions they will ask and problems we will face
as a team.
As an independent business I could never have got the insight that I have by helping contractors Australia wide, from the beginning and sometimes to the end. Even states and suburbs can be different in this country, we are a diverse nation, there’s no doubt about that.
Lawn Mowing: Fastrak to Success is now an open manual. We are updating
it everyday with more information and secrets. However, if there is
anything we've missed or you just want to chat, we are more
then happy to help
you out. If you are on the job and need some assistance or advice, we are
never more then a phone call away! We have over 500 members and they all
have some knowledge to share and we use their knowledge to help you. Ask
