Insurance - Public Liability

The cover offered is as follows:

• Liability for employees and subcontractors

• Liability for accidents arising out of use of machinery and equipment e.g. tractors, bobcats, chainsaws, mowers etc.

• Damage to property including underground wires, trees, plants, watering systems etc.

• Goods in care, custody and control ($100,ooo)

• Liability for accidents as a result of pruning/lopping of trees/shrubs up to 5 meters in height.

• Statutory Liability Extension up to One Million Dollars.

• Occupational Health and Safety fines can be as high as $550,00 for a business.
